1. It depend on what are you want to compare... E8200 2.66 Ghz speed, 6MB L2 cache, 1333Mhz FSB speed, E4500 2.2Ghz speed, 2MB L2 cache, 800Mhz FSB speed. If you need for multi media, game, encode... even 6MB & 2 MB is difference. And the FSB is also another point to concern2. this is a motherboard chipset.. I prefer Intel... I think 630i is OLD motherboard.. and if you buy Intel CPU... that may be better use Intel chipset motherboard....
