The temporary import permit from China will be expired in about one month. If you are unable to ship out the products into China before the expiry date of the aforementioned permit, you will miss this chance of export. From previous experience, we would have to wait for longer period in order to ship out those products again if we missed out this chance.
As we all know, under the condition of WTO, customers have to spend a lot of time with the relevant department of Government to process the next temporary import permit. Hence, in an attempt to meet our account closing, please try your best effort to ship out all of the incompleted orders made before February so as to complete our product export before the temporary import permit expired. In addition, please ship out all March-ordered products if possible, so that our storage godown will not be full and overload.
Recently, our material report indicates that some of the raw material have quality problem and part of their shipment have been delayed. This will seriously affect our production and the time of delivery. Please coordinate with the supplier immediately to solve the problems. If the problem arises from the raw material itself, please coordinate and arrange to contact the headquarter of the supplier for further assistance.
In case our export shipment cannot be met with our deadline, please do not delay, slow down and stop the production process. Kindly understand that this particular situation is only related to the problem of import permit and it does not indicate any cancellation of order. The purpose of this message is not to let the production department worry about this particular scenario.
