如果唔關個用戶權限事,咁我就從你有限的資料去推斷了一般來說,RRAS是不用開的,除非你想將部腦做VPN server咁如果你要做VPN server,照理你都會有兩張LAN card响部機,一邊向WAN,一邊向LAN我在 msdn度查過下Error 1068,好似是話有d其他必須的service未開齊,所以唔俾開RRAS因此我估,如果你部機是得一張LAN card,咁咪未齊野,部腦想route都無得route啦有可能因此開唔到個RRAS
