例如我親人2月23日 ( 農曆十五日)果日去
而我就2月23日生日( 農曆十四日),,,
我以後可唔可以慶祝我既生日 還是農曆生日先可以慶祝?!

if you don't have any religion reason, you can celebrate yr bday any time disregard any event.
but some chinese don't do any celebration within the mth of die event.
of course, you can have yr bday celebration in next year and future years!
