事情係咁樣的:

我本應要fax 一份文件給同事, 但佢正外出兩天, 所以未能知道該文件有否收到.
由於我聯絡唔到佢, 於是send email 問佢, 如收唔到, 就請reply email, 我會再fax.

佢就指, fax 係收到. 但係將來, please co-ordinate this issue with my colleague, Amy as I'm always out of office.

請問: co-ordinate 在此點解呢？查完字典後都唔明.
