你可能lock咗taskbar. Try to unlock it and adjust the location.• Right-click the taskbar, and then click to clear the Lock Taskbar option.

• Use the Taskbar and Start Menu tool in Control Panel:
1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Double-click Taskbar and Start Menu.
3. On the Taskbar tab, click to clear the Lock the taskbar check box.
4. Click OK.
