Actually, I think ╲百目鬼◐.◑靜 did quite a decent job with translating but the translated phrases aren't the simple and commonly used ones that you asked for.

鼻屎 - boogers
鼻水 - well....I guess snot is correct, but what people usually say is just a runny nose, they don't actually describe 鼻水 separately (e.g. wipe your nose should be said when you want your child to wipe her 鼻水)
著衫/褸 - put on your shirt/jacket
著鞋/襪 - put on your shoes/socks
除衫- take off your shirt
除鞋 - take off your shoes
你要唔要自己行 - Do you want to walk alone/try walking by yourself?
媽咪抱你 - Let mommy carry you
唔使驚，攬住媽咪啦- Don't worry/don't be scared, mommy's here,
攬實媽咪，如果唔係會跌o架 - Just hold on to mommy, or else you might fall/trip
唔好打人 - Don't hurt others/don't hit anyone
攬攬媽咪 - Give mommy a hug!
唔好爬上張椅，會跌落o黎o架!- Don't climb onto the chair, you're going to fall and get hurt!
唔好玩門，會夾到手 - Don't play with the door, you're going to hurt your fingers OR your fingers are going to get caught between in the door!
媽咪返工，好快返o黎 - Mommy's going to work now...I'll be back soon!
媽咪收工即刻返o黎搵你 - Mommy's going to come home as soon as I get off work
媽咪返緊工 - Mommy's working/mommy's at work
爸爸去o左返工 - daddy left for work
你唔乖，媽咪唔錫你- if you're not going to behave yourself, mommy's going to punish you! (媽咪唔錫你- there's no literal translation for everything, this phrase isn't said in English, at least no widely said, if you really want, you can say - mommy won't love you)
細聲D - Shhhhh!!! Quiet down! Lower your voice!
唔好尖叫 - No screaming! No shrieking
(在街上見到熟人)叫姐姐啦!你唔叫人係無禮貌o架 - (when you see someone you know), you must greet them! Ignoring them is impolite/rude

well, I did my best in trying to translate the simplest and most commonly used phrases parents would say to their children, hope you'll find it helpful!

Btw, pee is more commonly used than wee-wee (lol, I never even heard of wee-wee before). From what I know, pee IS NOT a swear word, if you use urinate, then thats definitely not a term parents teach their kids. For heaven's sake urinate is a scientific term!!

Wee-Wee - 應該無這個
Pee-Pee - 小便的意思，但這是粗口
