Give a sit for elders.
One by one go down the train.
Do not bring pet into train.
Do not litter.
以上是在火車上的rules^^

Please see if the below works?

1. Give your seat to the elders
2. Exit the train one by one
3. No pet is allowed in the train
4. Do not litter (your sentence is okay)
5. No drinks or food is allowed in the compartment

第一句應改為Give the sit to elders.
a sit 比唔到 elders (咁多個人)
for 無ARM 應該係 TO
如果係FOR你應該用 LEAVE.
第二句應改為Get on and off the train one by one.
go down冇解釋.
