You may check with the Cathay Pacific website as they have the promotion ticket (with special discount) for round trip ticket between HK and 溫哥華 (direct flight).
I've booked the tickets (17 Jul) to and return to HK on 1 Aug. The ticket price only 47XX. However, it cannot change and refund.
For higher price ticket around 5XXX, it can have some additional terms and condition for amendment of tickets. For details, you may check with the website..!
