飲完酒醉醉地..之後個頭痛到想死...係咪唔適宜飲酒..

too much alcohol in your body system, specially blood n kidney
if u dont want to have headache try to drink some water, milk or FRESH fruit juice for Vit C (not from the box or can.. cos don't work) they can clean up and neutralize the alcohol in your body.

alcohol can make you full.. vomit is 1 of the easy way to let alc come out from your body.. also can make your stomach feel better

If u want less headache.. eat something before n after drink eat something light.. eg a slice of bread, rice noodle.. but i don't recomment to eat too full.. cos it'll make u easy to vomit

好多時飲醉醒後都會頭痛又嘔,嘔後就會舒服D,好正常。
都係酒精作怪,所以最好少飲為妙,又或者醒後飲多D水會舒服D架!
