someone for animal abuse? Why is it even when you are doing something right sometimes it still bothers you? I like the person just not what they are doing and it needs to stop.

She is my cousin and the animals needs treatment from a vet and I can't afford to pay for it. We used to be kind of close but fell out of touch. I am more close to her sister and worried she will get mad at me.

Yes I have and it's hard but you need to remember the animal can't tell anyone what is wrong. (Sad) You are doing the right thing. If a person can't or won't take care of an animal then it needs to be reported. They are Gods creatures!

yes, I had to report the lady who owned the place we were keeping our horses. We were leaving anyway for different reasons but she had a dog that was so thin that you could see all her bones everwhere. Her other animals were also thin.
Since then she's been going round complaining about us reporting her but everyone here knows that we would only do that with good reason so it's really not helped her case.

In your situation I would try to talk to your cousin and explain that her animals need treatment. If she won't listen then talk to her sister if she's approachable and if that still doesn't work then you should report it and stop the animals from suffereing. The other option is not to say anything but then report it straight away. You can report it annomously so your cousin won't know it was you that reported her.

I would much rather approach the person about what they are doing, instead of going behind their back and trying to get them into trouble, personally. I would much rather someone come to ME, than trying to get me in trouble, if it was turned around. People who go reporting others instead of coming to them about it, make me sick and upset.

One of my friends was this way with he's pets, even tho we were mates it bothered me. The best thing i found was to be as helpful as you can and try to make the animals life better by supporting your friend in caring for they're pets. When i had 'bath days' for my dogs, i invited him to bring he's dogs over to do it together, same with worming treatments, walks etc. If you aren't friends with this person then you shouldn't feel guilty.

yes and glad I did both dogs had rabies and were being starved
they put them both down that peed me off but the family were not rich but well off and just ignored them, people can full u just because someone seems nice and decent don't mean they r like the judge in Delaware who reprimanded my son for stealing and then got busted for switching cigar prices in a cigarette store in 1998 or 99 and all those coaches rapeing and sendin lewd email to 14 yr old and 17 yr olds
