how to get the detail routing of the Japan railway (JR) ?

I urgent to need the detial routing of the Japan Railway , because I will go to Japan as very soon . I want to made a schedule for our Japan Trip . Many thanks ! And could you give me any suggestion, will stay in Japan six day , I hope visit more place within six day but I afraid not enough time . Could you kind to teach me , help !
