a) f(x)=3(x+1)^2 - 2, ie. vertex = (-1,-2)g(x)=3(x-2)^2 - 2, ie. vertex = (2,-2)
b)(i) translate f(x) 3 units rightwards
(ii)f(x)=g(x+3) or g(x)=f(x-3)
