應該幾高,同幾歲先去做gym?
我阿爸話我唔夠大隻(加上自己又想)
叫我去做gym
但又唔知幾多歲先可以去做gmy...

in body building we encourage people to eat well, more white meat 白肉﹐less beef and pork.

So eat chicken and fish if u want to build muscle la

chicken need to eat 雞胸 and 雞脾﹐ don't eat skip and wings, not much meat and too fat, fish eat more of the one in DEEP SEA

more 礦物﹐ can help to absorb nutrition

EAT A LOT of 菜﹐can help 新陳代謝

For GYM if u r under 14 male OR under 12 female, DO NOT do 背部舉重﹐ 你未發好育架!!!

just do 亞令 and swimming and basketball, 高了先做舉重

跑多D 步 can give u lower body build to grow tall too

跳繩 can give u 小腿發育 and can grow 5 to 8 inch in a short few months.

其實只要不舉得太重,做gym是沒有年齡限制的。若果同時飲一些營養奶粉去增加體重和肌肉就更加好了。牌子可以是在屈臣氏有售的白武士營養奶粉,效果不錯,又唔會燥,是不錯的選擇哦!
