For GYM if u r under 14 male OR under 12 female, DO NOT do 背部舉重﹐ 你未發好育架!!!
just do 亞令 and swimming and basketball, 高了先做舉重
跑多D 步 can give u lower body build to grow tall too
跳繩 can give u 小腿發育 and can grow 5 to 8 inch in a short few months.
