酒店reservation

我想知道book酒店房, 如果有房,而對方又俾埋個confirmation俾你, 但係無用credit card或公司名guarantee的, 酒店會hold間房嗎??如果到checkin果日都未guarantee間房, 仲可以check in嗎?

If you have a confirmation number, usually hotel will hold the room for you until 6pm of the day, or they will ask your credit number in advance for confirmation (in case of heavy booking). But if your arrival time is later than 6pm, you might need to consider whether you use credit card to guarantee it or taking a risk that the hotel will sell your room in case of full house.

BTW, if you are definitely staying there and you will arrive at a late flight, why not guarantee it for safer sake?
