朱古力切碎,與牛油隔水煮及攪拌至完全溶化
淡忌廉煮熱,加入朱古力內攪勻
用一個長方型既盤,倒的朱古力入去放係冰格度一個鐘
用心型模cut佢出黎,不過要快手,唔係的朱古力會溶架
將朱古力沾滿可可粉
