1)First of all, wrong tense.'Yesterday' is a past tense so you should use 'was' instead of 'is'. More importantly, we don't say it this way. It's Chinglish!
We had microeconomic test yesterday and it contained 15 marks.

2) ’之前一日’係'the previous day',同埋用past tense.
I prepared for it the previous day/ the day before.
