Windows Media Player:
Insert CD －＞ choose 從CD複製 －＞ click 複製音樂
You can specify where to store your file and the output file type (WMA / MP3)

You can downlaod a software called "MP3 sound cutter & Joiner", i used it before, very good and user friendly, try to search on the web...easy find.
