O是氧。
而我們所說的O2是氧氣。
兩者是不同的，
前者的O不是空氣中的氧氣，只是一種元素。
而O2 是一個較穩定東西，
而且是呼吸作用中一個很重要的氣體。
因為O是不穩定的，所以在大自然中我們都不會找到O，
只會找到O2。
除此之外，例如H , N , F , Cl , Br , I ,
都是兩粒一起存在於世上的。
