COMPULSORY---adj.----that must be done, required by the rules, etc., obligatory.
e.g. Is military service compulsory in your Country?

COMPULSIVE-----adj.----extremely interesting, fascinating, caused by an obsession or great interest, that makes one addictive to it
e.g. He is a complusive liar. --i.e. He extremely and repeatedly loves to lie.

COMPULSORILY-------adverb-----meaning same as COMPULSORY
e.g. The young people in U.S. are not required to fulfil the military service compulsorily.

COMPULSIVELY-----adverb-----meaning same as COMPULSIVE
e.g. He is so lonely that he has become to watch TV compulsively.
e.g. He refuses to study as he spends most of his time on playing online games compulsively.

THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN COMPULSORY/COMPULSORILY AND COMPULSIVE/COMPULSIVELY IS:
compulsory/compulsorily -----that is required by rules, laws, etc. even though you do not like to do it.
compulsive/compulsively------that is stimulated by extreme interest, likes, obsession, etc. and that one is willing and happy to do it
