什麼是導遊佣金制度?

commission to the tour guide, many hk travel agent and mainland travel agent dont give salary to the tour guide... and they even collect tips that given to the guide from the tour members.

guide need to earn their salary from commission given by the shops.

it is totally unfair to blame the tour guide. it is travel agent's problem
