i'm writing to complain about the lack of discipline in your center. From October last year till February, i have been studying in a very noisy environment. Though some teacher's teaching are very good, it is too noisy for me to study .Some students play nds, cards every lesson. what is more, some are even eating during lessons, which makes the classroom very dirty and messy.

Moreover, in computer lessons, some classmates are not surfing the required websites but using msn, downloading files and listening to music, etc. Even worse, some of them smoke in toilets! These students simply did not respect the others.

Teachers had tried to warn and stop them, but of course, not efficient at all. The noise problem has been annoying me for a long time that i cannot stand for it any longer.
