We discussed the issue with Department A, and were told that the problem had been resolved in January. In this connection, I should appreciate if you would advise on the followings:
1. Why does the problem still occur after the alleged solution?
2. Is it because you do not understand how to solve the problem in the course of production procedures?
3. When the problem occured in the course of production procedures after the alleged solution, have you attempted to suspend production to find out what was wrong or shift to another mode of production to minimise loss?
Moreover, to avoid further miscommunication between our departments causing inconvenience to the clients, we should set out all details, before and after the (??), in one single Excel file, but not to create a new file on each occasion. Please proceed to handle the matters with the format we provide.
