We discussed the issue with Department A, and were told that the problem had been resolved in January. In this connection, I should appreciate if you would advise on the followings:
1. Why does the problem still occur after the alleged solution?
2. Is it because you do not understand how to solve the problem in the course of production procedures?
3. When the problem occured in the course of production procedures after the alleged solution, have you attempted to suspend production to find out what was wrong or shift to another mode of production to minimise loss?
Moreover, to avoid further miscommunication between our departments causing inconvenience to the clients, we should set out all details, before and after the (??), in one single Excel file, but not to create a new file on each occasion. Please proceed to handle the matters with the format we provide.

According to the Department A at the meeting, the problem was already solved in January. Therefore, you are requested to answer the following :
1. Why does the solved problem still happen?
2. Don't you know the problem-solving way in the production process?
3. Have you given your order to stop the production temporarily so as to find a better settlement or to produce another model to lessen its impact when facing the same problem in its production process since the full settlement of this problem?
In addition, it is neccessary for both parties - your Department A and us to use the same Excel file to access the past and the present details without opening a new file on Excel in order not to cause any inconvenience to our customers.
Please follow my suggestions to solve the problems.

We discussed the related issue and the A department, they said already solved this problem early in January.Below therefore asks you to reply:

1. After this question had already solved, why still could continue to occur?

2. Whether you didn't understand when production process solves above question method?

3. This question has already solved after, lies in when the production process also still met this question, whether or not commands immediately the suspension, waited for the further solution, or transforms another model to make the production in order to avoid bigger impact.

In addition, avoids everybody side creating inconveniently at this event to the customer, no matter after before and all must have the detailed example to come out in the identical Excel file (must open the new Excel file in addition), please use the expression way which I provide to deal with the related issue.
