1. keep him in a cage/ where you want him to pee, once he pee, take him out for a walk and give him food, play with him for a while and then put him back until he pee again.

2. put newspaper on where he usually pee, put a lot if he does it in different places, once he's used to pee on newspaper, then make the covered area smaller and smaller until he pee at the right place.

i took my dog back for 2 weeks, i am having the same problem...
