毛巾是可以用來擋著重要部位，但不能帶入溫泉的
不能讓溫泉浸到毛巾，否則毛巾會沾污泉水

身體浸入溫泉後，可將毛巾包在頭上，或放在溫泉旁

Based on my own experience, you can bring a small towel to the hot spring but that can't cover much but I did see ppl using that small towel to cover some of their body parts. If you just act normal it will be fine, don't worry!

可以，但很多日本人也是赤裸裸去浸溫泉的。另外要注意：日本的溫泉是不可以穿著泳裝的。

當然可以啦, 著泳衣都得啊!!
