ok I took -4 x 7 and -4 times x wich gave me -4/-28 but... im kinda stuck on what to do from here a little help please
this is the original problem x/7 -4 =1

x/7 -4 =1Multiply each side by 7:
x - 28 = 7
Add 28 to each side:
x = 35

i believe starting at the beginning..u add 4 to both sides multiply by 7 to get the x by itself n thts your answer
