#316 depends very much on (1) the growth of global economy (2) the oil price. These two are not in its favour. However, #316 is a tradtional, super experienced, family controlled core shipping business for two generations. It is well positioned to weather whatever storms forthcoming. Long- term wise, it is a good company and the integrity of its management (Tung Kin Hwa and his brother) is trustworthy plus the fact that they are well blessed by the Beijing. This year, #316's profits would rely on those from real estate and hotel in PRC. Let's wait and see in March 08.
