點解冰天雪地中的植物的樹液, 細胞液等等物質唔會結冰呢?

the freezing point of water is 0 degree, The salt, protein ... will make the freezing point lower by some degrees, but the winter temperature of many northern region is minus 10, 20 or even lower, that means the cell sap is facing the problem of frozen, so how can the plants servive ??
