teenagers need probably 1400kcal a day
so if u dont want to gain weight
u should not eat more than 1400 kcal
BUT to lose weight - eat 1000 kcal
- no carbohydrates at night ( ie no rice no potato no spaghetii no bread)
-no sweet thgs( it's tough i cant do this at the moment)
- eat more in the morning ( yes! i will show u the way)
- eat be4 9:00
we should eat 1000kcal a day
but how to distribute this limited kcal?
breakfast: 400kcal
lunch: 300kcal
dinner:300kcal
breakfast: cereals/bread/congee/yogurt+skimmed milk/soup
lunch: fruit/ sandwich/ half a lunchbox
dinner: fish vege. soup fruit
1 thing i need to remind u
very important.
DON'T JUST EAT FRUIT FOR A MEAL
although the weight is losing quickly,
this harm your body and u will always feel dizzy
DON'T TRY!
if u want to eat chocolate or fatty thgs
ok!
eat a little bit and find sth to do
if u still want some, ok u eat
n work hard on the other day =)
do more exercise
walking stairs is helpful
but i dun thk running is good
i always want to eat after running
don't eat immediately after exercise
wait for abt 1 hr
Not really because of the food, it may be the heart rate. To loss fat, you need to do minimum 30 minutes of excerices with a certain level of heart rate, that depends on your age. Check with your doctor.
