1. You need a working permit.
2. You can enter the ministry of immigration website of the country you wish to work at, there should be info there about working permits
3. Any you can think of...its just a matter of being able to the working permit faster/slower, easier/harder. Each country has their own standards, its hard to say. However, North America is well known for accepting vast amounts of foreigners and immigrants, so your chances will the greater there.
4. Each country has different minimum wages, take the US for example, different states even have different min wages. It really depends where you want to work
5. Living costs vary, however, living standards are generally higher in Europe (e.g. England) than in North America (US, Canada) and Australia.
E.g. In Canada, the govnt considers around ~$1100 (CDN) a month as necessary for basic survival.
6. Whether it is easy to find a job depends on your education and background, and whether or not the employers overseas even recognize your education. For example, many employers in North America dont recognize post-secondary education in Hong Kong as equivalent to the education they receive there. One other key factor is the shape of the economy, economists claim that US will enter a recession that is predicted to span over a 10 month period, therefore job opportunities will be scarce.
