Download viedo from real player

Any software that can download the viedo played on real player. I have already know how to get its rttp, but i can't get it on flash get. Please help!!!!!!

now a simple way to download youtube is using realplayer 11just click the "download the video" on the upper border of the flash player on the youtube and realplayer 11 will take care the download.
