He is my one's own son係岩的，因為你係講你的一個親生（獨兒子）

可以講biological son, 不過可能有D怪, 因唔知你想表達D乜嘢, 有時未必好貼切, 因為由某人捐出精子而出生的仔就叫biological son, 未必由<傳統方法>出世嘅至咁叫, 可能會引人誤會. 其實He's my own son就啱啦! (當然要夾上文下理啦!)

"親生" 只要簡簡單單咁表達就得嫁喇!
