To answer this question, we should know what are the differences between evaporation (蒸發) and vaporization(氣化).
For evaporation, it happens at any temperature but only can occur on the surface of the liquid.
For vaporization, it occurs at the boiling point of the liquid only (with no change in temperature at that moment) and throughout the whole liquid. However, the boiling point of liqiud can be affected by surrounding pressure. That is why in area of higher attitude, the boiling point of water is lower than normal.
As the boiling point of water is 100 degree Celsius, so in this case, the vapour given out should be caused by evaporation. However, we do not know what is the atmospheric pressure. It is hard to say it is exactly caused by evaporation with no effect of vaporization. Actually, evaporation and vaporization can happen at the same time.
