40D VS D300

This question is Canon or Nikon....
It really depend on what you like... 40D around $8,800 Nikon D300 $13,980
普通變焦鏡 - no range .. cannot compare (If same level, Nikon may be cheaper)
Flash - Canon - EX580II $3,200 Nikon SB-800 $2,600
直倒 - $1,500 Vs $1,980

If you plan to have DSLR, don't compare the price, just see what you want... Canon photo is soft, Nikon photo is sharp...

** For me... being I use Nikon for 4 years D70, and what I think, Canon have BIG BIG lens storage you can get, but even same distance, also have F4 and F2.8, if you buy f4 first.. you may think and buy f2.8 later, but Nikon, for same distance, it almost have ONe f2.8 for top model... that why let me no regret to buy the lens... on before, the noise control, I can say, Canon is the best, since Nikon D300 & D3 release, Nikon can win now.. .even ISO 6400 at D3 model... you can't believe that how good of it.. for D300, ISO3200 also at acceptable level
