Survey: Which is more difficult-being nasty or remaining loving?

Remaining loving. Being mean and nasty is an innate ability of mine.

Loving is easier - all i have to do is relax and de-stress a little. Remaining nasty takes effort.

Difficult for me would be, being nasty because that is not my nature.And when I finally get so irate it winds up hurting me more than the other person.

Being nasty is more difficult for me. Loving comes easily.
