your PC has got virus infected. 100% SURE. got similar problem and now fixed.you should scan for virus, if your anti-virus is still working (guess not).
if you got other application hitting similar problem such as HiJackThis then you probably got the win32.worm.Bagle virus.
use Blacklight, Killbox, Hijackthis and then online virus scanner to fix your PC
