How come my cat can sense when I'm not feeling well?

She is pretty old but she just knows when I'm not feeling great and is there for emotional support isn't that great? How does she know this?

basically, you're her life. She sees you all the time, so she notices if your mood is off, or if you're not acting yourself. In the other sense, I'm sure you would notice if your cat wasn't acting normal, I know I notice if my cats aren't their normal self.

Cats, like many different animals, can experience emotion. You and your cat have a definite bond and he's purely attempting to convenience you and confirm you're ok such as you probably did while he replaced right into a kitten. I had a canines that replaced into a similar way. you have an extremely specific cat, do not hassle.

My acts do the same thing! I think it more or less you've had them so long they get use to all your different moods, just as you get use to theirs. I know when they dint feel good and they know when I dint. Its just a sense that we share being pet lovers and our pets loving us. Hope this helps you !!!!

i dont know but when i feel really sad my cats come up to me i think cats are the best the always know when you need them

Cat's have a sixth sense about people and other animals their close to. I know because I have experienced this personally in my own life several times with my cats.

Ahhh That's sooo sweet !! My cats are like that too even Cooper my talker will lie quietly and not complain like she usually does !! They love us as much as we love them !!!

Cats are much more proficient in "Body Language" than humans are. Plus, your cat knows you well.

cats and dogs are very intune to there owners mood or feelings so when your feeling sad or mad they can sence that and they feed off of it, kinda like how we feed off of other peoples moods.. (when someone is mad we feel crappy and when someone is happy we get happy) :) good question:)
