No. But I flattened the tires of a landlord who tried to charge me for water damage to my apartment that was caused by a burst pipe in the apartment above me. I then threatened to flatten more than tires if he didn't return my security deposit (I used a very soft and even voice I'm proud to say ) :)

yes I have at the last place where we lived he ticked us off as he lied about stuff & we found out so I let him have it in both ears.......

Well, one time... my ex & I were going at it like rabbits...she was riding my like a race horse when she slipped & bent "Mr. Happy the wrong way".... well, I screamed like a virgin on Prom night... so freakin' loud... and yes, it did catch the attention of the landlords ear, who used his key to come in....
Suffice to say, I was not able to renew my lease...

Yes, just about every Landlord I`ve ever had. I usually have to move soon after.

I am my own landlord so I can't scream at myself because it will make me look stupid and weird. I own my own house by the way but I've tried to do that three years ago when I use to go to University SDSU.
