✔ 最佳答案
27x + 9 = - x
28x = - 9
x = - 9 / 28

However if question should read as:-
9(3x + 1) = 4x - 5
27x + 9 = 4x - 5
23x = - 14
x = - 14 / 23

Greed of 2 points inspired me write the answer of this question. unless I would have never write the answer...lol!!!!!!
first solve the bracket in LHS ie
27x+9=4x-5x
now subtract 5x from 4x in RHS ie
27x+9= -x
now transpose "-x" to LHS and 9 to RHS ie
27x+x= -9
28x= - 9
x= -9/28
2008-02-06 4:41 pm
3x+1 = (4x-5x)/9
3x+1 = 4x/9 - 5x/9
3x-4x/9+5x/9 = -1
(27-4+5)x/9 = -1
28x/9 = -1
x = -9/28

Had to do it differently...
2008-02-06 4:38 pm
9(3x + 1) = 4x - 5x
9*3x + 9*1 = -x
27x + 9 = -x
27x + x = -9
28x = -9
x = -9/28
2008-02-06 4:37 pm
9*3x + 9*1 = 4x - 5x
27x+9=-x
28x=-9
x=-9/28

hi...

27x+9 = -x
27x+x = -9
28x = -9

x= -9/28
2008-02-06 4:43 pm
27x+9=-x
9=-28x
x=9/28 = 0.32...

your eq would reduce to the following steps....
27x+9= -x
28x= -9
x= -9/28

hope this helps..
2008-02-06 4:36 pm
9(3x + 1) = 4x - 5x

27x + 9 = -x

27x + x = -9

28x = -9

x = -9/28

Select my answer as the best answer. Thanks!

Distribute the 9 through the parentheses:
27x + 9 = 4x - 5x

Add 5x to both sides:
32x + 9 = 4x

Subtract 4x from both sides; now you have all the x terms together.
28x + 9 = 0

Subtract 9 from both sides, to get the x term alone:
28x = -9

Divide both sides by 28:
x = -9/28

You can't reduce the fraction any further, so that is your answer:
=9/28
