Sorry, I can't answer in Chinese because I don't know how to type in Chinese.
You can bring water to Australia. Normally, AQIS (Australian Quaratine and Inspection Service) will use X ray and trained Dog to detect the food that the passenger may bring into Australia. The passenger can bring food to Australia except meat product, dairy product and some Chinese Herbal medicines. You can bring dried seafood, dried mushroom not fresh. If you still not clear what you can or cannot bring, the following website can help you. If you bring food into Australia, you won't have any problem if you just declare at the declaration form (tick yes at Question 6), if the food is not allowed into Australia, AQIS won't give you any fine, they just throw the food away.
