咁就要看地區了,例如:官塘一間套房大約$2000-$2800.深水埗只是一間房$800也有,銅鑼灣一間套房就要$3500-$4000.

1) you should state out the area, e.g. 200 sq. feet or 100 sq. feet? which district? does it convenience to MTR or other transport facility, because it is quite vary and will have a big gap.
2) say, if 150 - 180 sg. feet with individual cook place and washroom etc. suppose around $2,500 - $3,000
