I think you need to add some more information if you want answers. If you are asking us all to answer your questions (say so) then here goes.

Yes I do volunteer work.
I run a cub group because I believe that kids needs somewhere fun and safe to play and learn. That cubs can be a rewarding part of their life where they learn new skills and enjoy doing so. Also because I believe in putting my money where my mouth is (so to speak).
