simple!
first go to different house /estate agent to buy urself a house of cuz,
u can find them in city such as varrock , faddor,
my opion is of cuz faddor travel agent begining at first.and u only aloud to get a house in rimmington
but it is near port which save u from walking .
(just telport to house and run )
for beginning , u can only buy basic wood house.it will cost 5k.
this house is going to make from basic wood as u only got lvl 1,
but it is only going to be a shed. without anything in it .
so if u want a really nice house ,with mait in it ,
u need to get up ur construction.
to atleast lvl 20 constriuction , then u can get a mait ,it will take stuff to bank for u .
um , as u only ask for the housing , i think this should do ,
p.s construction help save bank space.as u can build stuff and disply to store ur item (cloths)
but it cost a lot of time , runes,and also money to get up ,
it spend me 3 hours ,250k to just get to lvl 26 at the beginning, and i already buy all i need in G.E
so if u want to get it up ,i will suggest u build and take off thing ,as it is the fastest way to get up the xp

係有屋既標誌有個人係專門賣屋既,你咪買一間囉,佢有叫你揀地方,每個地方既價錢都唔同,方使d既就會貴d。之後去你揀既地方有屋既標誌(一個紫色既洞),咁就入到去嫁啦。
題外話:其實屋係用黎練建築既lv,呢個lv都係配合做任務既姐...
