I tried to redeem my asiamiles points for tickets(return ticket from sydney to manchester), however, asiamiles can't confirm my flights, most of my flights are on request. Even I book it 370 days before I travel. What is the chance of getting my flights confimed and how long before the flight departure date will they be confirmed?
The answer can be in Chinese or English.

As i know, most airlines only offers as minimum as 1-2 free seats in each flight within the program.
I suggest that you ask the other way round if you haven't tried it yet. ask them which day has free seats for you. Those phone operators are usually very helpful. You may ask them what reason is behind your case - really overbooked or what...
Usually they allow only 1 year advance booking time.

nobody knows coz' redemption tickets are non-revenue (i.e. liability instead of profit-making) and are very limited in number in each flight.
I dun think 370 days is very advanced time for redemption flight, especially on some "festive/special" times.
