投訴麥當勞分店服務的途徑

如題, 除左可以響分店填意見書仲有乜途徑反映? 因為意見書呢個方法真係完全無改善
以我所知鰂魚涌有麥當勞總公司之類既管理公司, 有咩方法可以向佢地反映?

1) As I know their management office still remain at Quarry Bay. or your letter should marked Attn: Sales & Marketing Director or Customer Sevices Director to receive.

2) I suggested you to leave some space to seeking their improvement, because seeking job is quite hard, moreover as you know, working at there most of them are only obatain HK$20 something per hour, you should consider those elderly employer and student employer, they are quite hard to maintain their daily life.

3) But let McDonlad know what points they need to improve is very important.

4) Don't forget to leave down your mobile no., so that you can give chance for them to contact you with more detail understanding.

5) Mark down "Private and Confidential" or "Complaint" on the envelope and also on the letterhead.

寄信到佢哋嘅总公司比營運总監(要先打電話去总公司check清楚營運总監個名,然後寫清楚喺信封面),仲要寫明如果佢哋唔理,你会再去信東方同蘋果,佢哋為咗聲譽問题...一定会處理,但你要記住一定要留联絡电話比佢contact番你,同埋投訴事件一定要有「理據」!
