Actually, i don't agree the young girl keep fit, coz they are teenages and still young so if they keep fit, they are not healthy!!! Some teenages girl think that they are very fat so they start not eating and make themselves very thin then they die!!!
The newpapers said that the girl who keep fit and their weight was under 90kg so they are not healthy and they also die early!!! They don't know how to keep fit, they just look at the book or internet, it was not true but they still believe it!! I think it was stupid and silly,it not suitable for the young girl anyway!!!
