surgery, late period, moving stomach?

Yes it's very possible the stress on your body because of the surgery affected your hormones. Our bodies are such intricate machines, they respond to major changes in mysterious ways. I don't think the "movement" in your stomach has anything to do with your period being late. Things will get back on track in a matter of time. Enjoy not having a period for awhile!!

The best thing to do would be to ask your doctor.
If you don't want to go to the doctor for it you could always be the next virgin mary? =p
Seriously though, you should ask because if it has nothing to do with the surgery then it could be another medical condition.

I would say yes, the stress on your body caused this. You could call the advice nurse if you are worried, but I say you are worrying over nothing. Take care.
