Every year, Chinese families celebrate Winter Solstice by having a meal namely tang yuan. They can gather together and chat everything by this opporunity. It is because lots of relatives live far away from them, even other countries.
After meal, they will hold some special perfomance, such as magic show, speech, walk along some long path, and even playing fireworks.
My family will celebrate Winter Solstice in Macau and stay for 2days. We may play and enjoy fireworks but I cannot do these things in Hong Kong.
