x/3 + 3 - y/2 + 5 =4
x/3 - y/2 + 8 = 4
x/3 -y /2 = -4
x/3 = y/2 - 4
x=3y/2 - 12
x+5/2y = 4
3/2y-12+5/2y = 4
3/2y + 5/2y = 16
( 3y+5y ) / 2 = 16
8y = 32
y = 4
x + ( 5 * 4 / 2 ) = 4
x + 10 = 4
x = -6
