How to put a video on my 360?

Have done it before but I must be having a senior moment because I can't get it. I get embeded code from you tube, put it in blog and check the html but the only thing that goes on my blog is the code and no video. What am I doing wrong? I know this is the wrong section but you guys are the best..

probably your video format is wrong.

I thought your video must be changed in some types to fit the 360 but how to do that i say i dont know i am sorry

Words like embedded code scare me....From youtube I click on the video then I copy the entire navigation bar. In 360 blog Click on add a link button and paste into pop up box then name the link and wait for some smart@ss to complain about it
